My expertise lies in leading projects on both local and global scales, with a strong emphasis on identifying strategic logistical efficiencies. I also possess solid negotiation skills and proficiency in managing teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I studied International Business at the University of Lima, Peru. My thesis focused on the harvesting and export of mandarins to the United States. During those years, I came to understand and appreciate the importance of how a country’s foreign trade benefits all its citizens, generates employment, and enhances the competitiveness of its economy.
I began my career working at the American company Kimberly-Clark. I completed various logistics courses, including Supply Chain Management, Logistics Information Systems, and Logistics Management & Inventory Control.
As part of my professional development, I worked at Saga Falabella as a Product Manager for Supply. My ongoing interest in learning and generating new business opportunities motivated me to further my education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), during which I specialized in Marketing and attended various courses and seminars abroad—one of which took place at EM Lyon Business School in Lyon, France.
In late 2021—while already working at the U.S.-based company Sally Beauty—I received an offer to complete the necessary immigration procedures and relocate my position to Chile. I began there as a LOGISTICS CONSULTANT for a period of four months; subsequently, due to my strong performance, I was hired as a permanent employee in Chile, assuming the role of Supply Chain Manager for the country. In this capacity, I oversaw the company’s operations regarding purchasing, supply, foreign trade, warehousing, and transportation.
Finally, in 2023, I returned to Peru to join Tailoy, where I served as Supply Manager until 2026.
